Detailed Product Description

Aging Furnace consists of four parts----oven body,heat cycling ventilating uni-t,feeder apparatus and gas burner(including heat exchanger sets).furnace body is made of section steel and steel plate welded together;oven walls and door are all sandwiched with ther-mal insulating material; the door is opened or closed by manually moving up or down(weight-

balanced type).

     A centrifugal fan is mounted at the tail part of oven body for heat circulation,so that  thermal characteristics inside oven can be secured.  

    Ffeeder apparatus for loading aluminum fitted with several pairs of guide wheels at the bottom can travel along the light rail laid inside and outside oven.

    Air burner is positioned on the upper portion of end side of oven door.during operation heat energy is uniformly transmitted into the oven hearth by hot air circulating fan through heat exchanger sets on the upper portion of oven body,thus obtaining aging effect of shape aluminum.
